Midge  (A1178324, 3 years old) came into the shelter with a serious pelvic fracture that will require surgery.  Unfortunately, we heard Midge squeal in pain when she tried to move around and it was devastatingly heart-breaking.  It is not fair for innocent dogs to suffer because of their careless owners  –  and Midge is now looking to us to save her.  She has until Thursday, 1/13, to be rescued.  If you can help, contact South L.A. at (213) 485-0117 or -0119.  If you would consider donating to a qualified rescue who would get Midge’s surgery handled, please let us know at once!!!  The situation is critical.  With thanks, Andrea & Mindy    ivegonetothedogs@gmail.com   (323) 363-4909

1-year old Sweet Siamese came from a local Hoarder   

 Downey shelter doesn’t even have her listed as Blind in their system!

 And her vision has Not been fully evaluated by shelter

 Staff tells me this girl is the SWEETEST!!! 

 And at the very least Partially Blind   

 She was spayed because she found an interested adopter

 but the person changed her mind because of her blindness  

 **Pull & Transport Can be Arranged**

 She is Spayed, Vaccinated & Microchipped

 She is being treated for Ear Mites with drops

Orange Tabby

Please can anyone take this sweet cat in? He is currently living outside in Running Springs where it is very cold and the wild life can get him! There are many coyotes up there!  He is a stray cat that had to be somebody’s at one time because he is so affectionate. The people feeding him think he is about 1 or 2 years old. They cannot take him in because they have other animals that won’t like it. Please forward this to anyone or rescue you know of that may be able to at least foster him.
