The dogs had more time due to house sale being in escrow and has sold for good, but house needs to be complelety vacant by tomorrow. Can you please forward this to everybody you forwarded to last time, hope that lady from PS will come forward again. I’m going to contact Angie and see what the deal is about taking dogs with her to grandma’s house.
Here is info:
Bibi:
2 years old
Female (spayed)
Morrissey:
2 years old
Male (neutured)
Both dogs are medium sized (25-35 pounds). Unsure of breeds, but Bibi looks like she has some Chi in her and Morrissey looks like he has some wire/long hair terrier mixed with pit. Both dogs are very mellow and are friend with people (both adults and kids). From what I’ve seen being around them numerous times, I think Morrissey might be somewhat shy towards male strangers at first. Bibi loves belly rubs and Morrissey loves to put up his paw for a handshake. I assume they are ok with other dogs since there used to be a 3rd dog with them during their first year and they like to visit neighbor’s dog. Both are currently outdoor dogs, but I’m sure they can be potty trained, especially Morrissey who is very smart and learns fast. Bibi, on the other hand, needs some training. She likes to jump on people, but her main problem is that she seems to show some food aggression and wants to take over both hers and Morrissey’s bowl. So, whoever adopts them will have to work with her and feed them separate. Bibi and Morrissey were given a second chance since they were orginally adopted from a shelter, but need a new forever home since the place where owner is moving to does not allow pets. Any who can help foster them or even adopt them would be great.

3Yr Old Super Cute Chihuahua Needs Home ASAP!! South Bay Area
Diamond, a three year-old chihuahua that needs a good home. She appeared in my parents’ front yard in Gardena on May 11. My parents are elderly and can’t keep her but took care of her for a few days while my sisters and I tried to locate her owners (by asking around the neigborhood and posting flyers). We also took her to VCA Coast in Hermosa Beach where we found out she has a micro-chip and that she is three years old, her name is Diamond and she was originally from the Long Beach Animal Shelter. VCA Coast called the number from the micro-chip but the person answering the phone denied having a dog. Since my parents couldn’t keep her (they are elderly and had to fly to Hawaii on May 23) and my sisters and I already have multiple pets, Diamond was brought to the Long Beach Animal Shelter on May 16. We were told that Diamond would be kept there until May 30, at which time the Long Beach SPCA (next door to the shelter) would take her, providing they had room for her.
Meanwhile, we had spread the word about Diamond to co-workers and friends. One of my co-workers said she knew someone who was interested so, on Sunday, May 30, my sisters and I went down to the Long Beach SPCA and my sister “adopted” Diamond. Since she was already spayed and had had the required vaccines and shots, we paid the $125 fee and took her home that day. Unfortunately, my co-worker’s friend was unable to take Diamond. Another co-worker of mine has been taking care of Diamond but can no longer do it. We only have a few days to find a home for her.
If you can take Diamond in, please contact: Stan L. Cabotaje Phone: 310-527-4364 e-mail: scabotaje @aol.com

Rigby The Chihuahua Needs Foster ASAP!!
Can anyone help out with this Chihuahua that was just found today in a Venice neighborhood near Washington Blvd? He was found by an acquaintance of mine and is currently with her. She cannot keep him or foster him for very long. Hoping someone has some room for this little guy. She took him to the vet, he does not have a chip and he is not neutered though I think that she will handle that. If there are no foster homes available, is there any adoption group near the Venice area that would be willing to allow this little guy to join until he gets a home? It seems he was abandoned, no one is claiming him. Flyers were put up and the lady who has him asked around in the neighborhood. Please, if anyone can help, contact Candy or Ming @ ming@reikifurbabies.com USING SUBJECT AS CHIHUAHUA or call Candy @ 310 821 4801
Please pass along and share. Any help is much appreciated!!!
3 Sweet Papillons Need Rehoming (Manhattan Beach, California)
Lucy, Champ and Luke are all purebred Papillions we bought in 2004. Lucy is the youngest and the smallest, about 8 lbs. Champ is about 6 mos older than Lucy and 6 mos younger than Luke and is about 18 lbs. Luke is the oldest and weighs about 22 lbs. Due to some health issues in our family we can no longer provide the level of attention we think these guys should have.
Lucy is very active and loves to play catch. She is very happy and outgoing. She does not seem to realize she is a small dog and has stood up to dogs much larger, always making friends in the end. We have hardwood floors and she once wagged her tail so hard she fell over!
Champ comes from champion blood lines and he clearly has good breeding as seen by his role in the group. When we brought Lucy home she was just 3 lbs. We set her in her basket when she got tired and Champ climbed in next to her and put his right, front leg over her. Later on when she could not make it down a stair champ picked her up by the rough of her neck and carried her. Lucy was squirming all the way. Champ loves to run and play at the dog park and to tussle with Luke.
Luke is the most patient dog. Lucy will be pulling on his tail to get him to play and Luke is very even tempered with her antics. Luke loves to have his tummy rubbed and enjoys playing with both Lucy and Champ. All dogs are trained to walk on a leash and do their business outside. They are socialized both with people and with other dogs. Once Champ got out of the back yard and we found him sitting beside the gate, which had closed, waiting for us when we got home.
These guys have been spayed and neutered, have all their shots, and have had good care from our vet. They are very friendly even when smaller children may be a bit rough. They are located in Manhattan Beach, California.
If you are interested in these sweet babies, please call or email me Christie Garvey (310) 560-6081 or email: christigarvey@ngc.com
