Little Mia Needs Out ASAP/RESCUED!! Thanks All!
UPDATE: Pull fee and transport are covered for MIA if you can help…
WOW…LOOK AT THIS FACE!!!!
LITTLE MIA IS ADORABLE AND WILL MELT YOUR HEART WHEN YOU MEET HER!!!!!
MIA (Impound # A4068800) Little Mia needs out of the Carson Shelter IMMEDIATELY. She has been at the shelter for nearly 6 weeks (intake date was 12/16/09) so her time is URGENT!!!!! Mia is 1-2 years old, solid black with eyes that sparkle!!! She is full of life and we could not get her to stay still for a picture as she was always on the move and desperately wanted to get out of her cage (they do not have an exercise room so imagine you being stuck in a cage for 6 weeks). Mia is sweet and friendly and would be a wonderful everlasting friend and companion. She is healthy and her pull fee will cover her spay, vaccinations and microchip. PLEASE NETWORK AS SHE NEEDS OUT BY THIS WEEKEND!!!
Her adoption fee for a rescue is only $25 and non rescue is $30!

MEET LOVABLE AND HUGABLE BAILEY!!!!!-RESCUED/NEED FUNDING
UPDATE 1/27 RESCUED!!
MEET LOVABLE AND HUGABLE BAILEY!!!!!
A KING SIZE BALL OF LOVE
BAILEY (Impound # A4072162) Its hard to believe that this big hunk of love with his front claws removed could survive on the street, but some how he did because he was turned in to the Carson Shelter on 12/28 as a stray. His is a volunteer favorite and is about as lovable and friendly as it gets. As a big dude, he is slower on his feet but it doesn’t stop him from head butting and giving you kisses. He is a true lover and at only 4 years old, he does not deserve to end his days in the shelter – especially after he survived on the streets! He is vaccinated, healthy, neutered and his pull fee will cover a microchip where he will hopefully never be lost again! Please cross post to get this lover boy out – his time is running out.
His adoption fee for a rescue is only $10 and non rescue is $30!

Need Funding To Help With Foxy’s Surgery
Foxy is doing very well since her surgery. She plays and gets along with the other dogs and cats. She is still having trouble with controlling her bladder so mistakes are common but will get better with time. Since being pulled from the shelter on the 5th of January, she has settled in quite nicely, sunning herself in front of the patio doors every afternoon. This little dog was hours away from being euthanized at one of the highest kill shelters in Los Angeles. You can read her bio here: http://lifesapet.com/2010/01/13/small-sweet-chihuahua-available-at-carson-ac-ida4072298/
Now we urgently need help with funding to help pay for her bladder surgery which has cost over $1700.00. Could you please help us so we can continue to help more animals? Any amount is appreciated. You can donate with a credit card here:

Beautiful 6mo old Seal Point At Carson Shelter-RESCUED!
1/27 UPDATE: RESCUED!
1/25 UPDATE: This poor kitty needs a backyard to live in. All you supply is food and water. If you could help, please contact Cyndi Zacko cdzacko@hotmail.com
This BEAUTIFUL 6 mo old Seal Point came in today at the Carson shelter. They are saying he/she is feral and unable to vaccinate. It is probably just scared! A landlord brought it in because it was skittish and hanging around the building. Can anyone rescue this poor thing? I called the Carson shelter and had them put a note “Do Not PTS” with a phone number in case they want to put her/him down. If interested, please call the Carson shelter at: (310) 527-5158 and ask to put an ip on animal ID#A4078843
