Neglected 8yr old Pomeranian Dumped At SLA shelter/Please Help!

I am a neutered male, tan and black Pomeranian mix. The shelter thinks I am about 8 years old. I have been at the shelter since Nov 25, 2009.
This little boy is at SLA waiting for someone to take him home and give him the proper care and attention he didn’t receive from the people who dumped him at the shelter.
