Starved Dog At West LA AC Needs Rescue Now!

This poor dog has been dumped by her owners on the side of a highway. According to the neighbors, she was tied to a fence by some lady, but somehow got loose. I don’t understand why the neighbors didn’t help her then, but they did say that they called animal control. In time, this poor dog got loose, but by then she was seriously emaciated and too weak to look for food/water. This poor girl deserves a second chance. She is at the shelter and doesn’t have much time. She is so emaciated and weak that she won’t last long in the shelter. If anyone has room in their home, please help her! If there is anyone willing to adopt her, I will even pay for her adoption fee. Diana M. Wagner dwagner@engr.psu.edu She is the sweetest dog. Despite being hurt by humans, she still wags her tail everytime you look at her. This dog came in on Nov. 11th and will be available to the public on Nov 18th, call the shelter and put an IP on her!
