This Poor Chihuahua Pup Needs Rescue Now!

I am an unaltered male, white and tan Chihuahua – Smooth Coated.
The shelter thinks I am about 1 year and 1 month old.
I have been at the shelter since Oct 27, 2009.
MEDICAL: Sweet, adorable 1 year old male chihuahua pup that was hit by a car and is doing fabulous. Limps a little on one of its hind legs — we did some xrays and found a possible femoral neck fracture (really hard to tell) that may heal fine on its own or may need a simple FHO surgery (which is straightforward and inexpensive) .
